Reporting to the Pharmatech Marketing Manager (Global Marketing) from the Hospital Division; the Product Manager Hospital Division analyzes market behaviors and helps to define and develop the global market strategy for the ivTOOLs product portfolio with a broad international scope. His/her objective is to design global strategies with local/regional specificities in order to set different commercialization strategies.


  • Tracking and monitoring global market dynamics (US, Europe, Latin America) and the competition landscape.

  • Attend strategic congresses in order to monitor market trends and to interact with current and potential customers.

  • Defining Product Line Strategic Marketing Plan and driving its achievement.

  • Along with Medical Affairs, developing a medical/scientific strategy for the portfolio.

  • Supervising validation of products to analyze fitness to key markets and recommended marketing strategy.

  • Identifying new business opportunities for the growth of the product line.

  • Planning and supervising commercial product launches.

  • Establishing a solid partnership with the R&D teams.


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Pharmacy.

  • Master or Advanced Degree in Marketing/Business/MBA.

  • Hospital Pharmacy knowledge or experience.

  • IV Compounding and/or Automation of Hospital Pharmacy experience or knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (other languages a plus)

  • At least out of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing area of a total of 5 to 8 years’ experience.

  • The mentioned sales/marketing background should be in hospital pharmacy or diagnostics or medical devices, with emphasis on product development and project management.

  • Availability to travel (internationally - around 30%).

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.


  • Ability to work with project teams in different countries.

  • Ability to successfully influence without authority.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in close collaboration with internal and external partners is required.

  • Excellent attitude with risk managements and problem solving skills.

  • Proven conflict management/resolution skills.
