This position is responsible for legacy SAP maintenance of all customer data for Grifols US Bioscience.
The Sales Billing Analyst II/II should be able to perform independently and react promptly and productively to all internal and external requests for information and to resolve issues.
Primary responsibilities for role:
Creates and maintains all Customer Master Data within SAP.
Issues all US domestic customer credits/debits, including product returns and dispute resolutions while maintaining a monthly log for tracking purposes.
Monitoring and manages all, product shortage claims, and the biological recall/withdrawal processes.
Responsible for updating all domestic SAP Pricing Tables and Material Substitution Tables.
Overrides pricing resulting from CARS errors to ensure product delivery.
Creates monthly reports for SOX Compliance (VFX3, Master Data Changes, and Drop-Shipments)
Monitors and produces the Daily Delivery Report and weekly mailing of all US customer invoices.
Lead individual for executing mock conversions in the SAP QA environment for testing purposes.
Manages Grifols' Center for Disease Control (CDC) purchase agreement through McKesson.
Monitors and manages all TdVax contractual product returns.
Point-of-contact for external and internal audit requests, as well as point lead for the 340B program.
In addition, this role is responsible for all documents related to revenue generation. The responsibilities of this position include working with several supporting departments in manufacturing to ensure material master statistics are entered correctly, which directly feed information into the customer master data.

Bachelors Degree OR 6+ years equivalent work experience is desired.
Experience in healthcare or related industry, as well as customer service/support is required,
Experience with Electronic Data Interface (EDI), with a track record of successful project management experience completing EDI functionality during informational technology phases of the EDI projects.
Knowledge of Enterprise Reporting Systems (ERP), with strong preference to SAP.
Exposure to or working knowledge of contract/rebate software applications ideal.
Provides practical and creative solutions to the departmental system issues.
Adheres to all industry and company compliance requirements
Maintains a professional image and courteous relationships with all external customers and internal stakeholders.
Effectively interacts with Grifols Supply Chain, Warehouse Distribution, Corporate Credit (Finance), and IT with confidence.
Applies sound judgement and strong problem solving skills with external customers, internal stakeholders, and at times patients.
Able to make business decisions, with minimal supervision, to ensure business goals are achieved.
Able to effectively communicate with regular status-updates while working remotely.
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequently walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
