Specialist Procurement (m/f/d) in Leipzig

Details about the job :

  • Ordering from soft goods and service

  • Processing purchase requisitions and triggering purchase orders via SAP

  • Establishing and managing local supply and service agreements with suppliers as required

  • Preparing from quantity forecasts for vendors

  • Processing of reclamations

  • Ensuring adherence to Financial and Procurement policies and procedures

That you should bring with you:

  • Successfully completed business education

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing

  • negotiating skills and assertiveness

  • Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written

  • In-depth knowledge of all common MS Office products and, ideally, experience with SAP

  • An independent and responsible way of working, distinct

  • Communication and team skills as well as flexibility characterize your personality
