Grifols is looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources people sustainability to work in our headquarters.

The mission of this role is to define, execute and follow up the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of Grifols focus on our employees to be able to increase and give consistency to the long term / sustainability strategy of our business.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Diagnose and definition of the Corporate Social Responsibility Plan related to the Grifols Employees.

  • Consolidate and coordinate the activities of the CSR of the Company focus on people management, proactively proposing new actions, interacting them into the strategic plan with a clear objective and giving them visibility internally and externally in order to position the company as an organization social responsible.

  • Define and implement a KPI's system to follow up the CSR Employees plan

  • Coordinate the internal communication of CSR activities.

  • Be an active part of the employees voluntarism, employees social events and others activities to reinforce the social cohesion within the organization.

  • Define the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Plan

  • Define KPI's and follow up of the actions defined partnered with all the internal and external stakeholders as needed it.

  • Propose, coordinate the Work Live Balance initiatives

Who you are:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar. HR Master / Postgraduate preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of Human Resources CSR

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (CAE level)

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Decision-making skills and results-driven approach.

  • Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-9 to 17-18h and Friday 8 to 15h
