Customer Service Assistant manage Sales administration and logistics activities for Grifols France products. In particular, he/she manages :

  • Sales administration

  • Logistic

  • Follow up of customers from order to delivery

Sales administration

  • Receive and enter orders in SAP for Grifols France products

  • Perform purchase orders in SAP (from ordering to delivery)

  • Perform customers follow up in case of product availability issue

  • Manage customers’ complaints

  • Manage shortages : with Commercial Directors, manage products that have to be sent in replacement of products out of stock. Send all the information to service providers for shipment Inform customers.

  • Manage orders for spare parts for IH engineers.

  • Perform customers follow up in case of spare parts availability issues (inform engineers)

  • Relation with customers (Sales orders aknowledge, sales deliveries information, sales deliveries : resolutions of issues)

  • Relation with logistic providers

Sales activity

  • Inform Sales reps of orders received from new customers

  • Manage commercial calls

  • Daily follow up of sales

  • Follow up and controlling of sales information received from service providers

Logistic activity

  • Perform daily inventory tracking

  • Daily information of Administrative Director, Managing Director and Biosciences Director about stock status (logistics provisions)

  • Stocks reconciliation : control of stocks information received from service providers

  • Follow up supplies with Group

  • Follow up month-end reportings


  • Extract daily sales from SAP or CSP and send to General Manager and Administrative Director.

  • Participate in projects (testing)

  • Ensure back-ups of colleagues
