The Marketing Manager is a key member of the IGA brand team focused on healthcare professional marketing, providing support and coordination of key initiatives that are critical to helping the brands achieve their business objectives. This individual will manage existing marketing programs, provide support at the direction of the brand teams during the development of new projects and initiatives, as well as serve as a liaison between marketing and other key cross-functional teams (e.g. Consumer, GRP, Compliance, Data Analytics). A core area of responsibility will be the day to day support and reporting of the IG Access Support Programs (call center, copay program, patient assistance program). The Marketing Manager must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain a working knowledge of product features/benefits, competitive activity, and current customers
Manage the existing Access Support Programs offered through Gamunex Connexions (call center, copay assistance, PAP)
Collaborate with brand team to bring to market new Access Support Programs for Xembify 20% SCIG
Serve as the primary POC for all Access Partners under Connexions & Xembify, monitor program performance, and report out to the brand team and other internal stakeholders
Manage updates, inventory levels and printing/shipping of existing promotional resources
Provide sales team with regular communication of key IGA marketing information and fulfil approved field requests
Assist brand team with ad hoc market research and business intelligence requests (e.g. primary research, ad boards, campaign reporting)
As a member of the U.S. marketing team, provide cross-brand tactical support as needed

B.S. or B.A. degree in Sciences, Business or Liberal Arts. MBA or graduate business work a plus
Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical product marketing experience, OR 3-4 years of pharmaceutical sales, brand advertising or market research experience
Requires an understanding of marketing tactics and measuring performance
Experience with Access Service programs and HCP marketing tactics a plus
Market analysis, forecasting, and insight development a plus
Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic contributor and able to build relationships and work well with a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, analytical skills, and business acumen
Strong Project management and computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), needed
Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequently walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues.
