From R&D Instruments Department we are looking for a Diagnostic Software Test Analyst as a test manager for the Diagnostic middleware project to assure the quality of the product before launching and in future releases.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES

Hands on manager to coordinate and overview testing and initially, support activities of a diagnostic software. Review testing processes and tools for a continuous improvement.

Testing activities covers the overview of an internal / external V&V team in charge of the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases. Coordinate the V&V activities performed by other teams in the company on the same product. Coordinate internal/external evaluation activities during beta testing with end customer.

Assure the documentation review and acceptance of all V&V activities. Perform product risk assessment and propose mitigations.

Collaborate in the creation and review of service and operators manual.

Define and measure performance of testing activities for a continuous improvement.

Initially this position will also cover support activities pre level 3 support, investigation and troubleshooting of incidences and roll out on site of initial implementations of the software in the field. Collaborate in the hiring process of a support manager that will take ownership of support activities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Advanced/C1 level of English.

  • Computer or engineering degree.

  • Knowledgeable of software test engineering best practices and tools.

  • Understanding of a laboratory middleware and LIS software.

  • Previous experience with blood banks and blood screening procedures will be a plus.

  • Experience working in a clinical laboratory will be a plus.

  • Technical Bioscience knowledge will be a plus.

  • Certification on ISTQB will be a plus.

  • Ability to travel worldwide 30% of the time.

  • Ability to teach and transfer knowledge.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Good communication skills according to the audience.
