What your responsibilities will be
Gathering and assembling data related to internal process and controls (risk control matrix and narratives).
Performing control testing and documenting results.
Performing audit procedures, including developing criteria and identifying and defining issues
Identifying and documenting internal control or audit issues and recommendations for improvement
Adhere to and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
Related work as assigned by Internal Control Management Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration or other business related.
1+ years of auditing experience (preferably in Big 4 with pharmaceutical, manufacturing and/or chemical industry experience).
It is highly desirable (not a must) to have previous experience in SOX, or participation in fraud/anticorruption investigations and business risk services projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
Availability to travel (average of 5%)
Detailed oriented as well as critical thinking.
Good organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal.
Good at problem solving skills and analytical tasks
You like team working and partnering with key stakeholders within the business
