What your responsibilities will be
Your role will be support sales planning, reporting & analysis, as well as FAR EAST team coordination needs. Also you will co-lead specific commercial projects as required.
Planning, reporting and analysis as required (rolling & annual): input information, prepare reports, forecasts, etc. this may include participating in internal meetings related to Supply & Demand planning.
To work in close collaboration with MEA/FAR EAST controller providing information needs when required
Drafting Power point presentations, templates, etc.
Team & Meetings/Trainings Coordination, including INTERCON. MKT
Compliance processes for FAR EAST Projects as needed, in coordination with the different teams
Specific Commercial Projects to be deployed in the countries, including the follow-up of leads and the reply of unsolicited product enquiries or requests of information.
Support admin. handlings (traveling, expenses, etc.) if/when required
Support New Markets function of the INTERCON Group: database, analysis and prioritization as required by the Bioscience Division
Ensure adherence and comply with Internal policies and procedures. Of paramount importance are Legal & Compliance, proactively anticipating to –and planning ahead all requirements the execution of any project will need. Inform the team about updates, rollouts, etc. when required
Continuously look for strategies to enhance business performance and internal operations.
Internal and external interactions with other departments/divisions and providers, customers etc. that will provide you with international scope
Internal and external interactions with domestic and international stakeholders: Intercon, MKT, Bioscience Controlling, Medical Affairs, COS, ICMO, Demand planning, Finance, Administration, Regulatory & Quality and Compliance, and Distributors.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, etc.) or Business/Economics.
Highly valued Master Degree on MBA, Sales or related
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial or Finance Departments, preferably a multinational pharmaceutical company.
Previous exposure in Asian or developing countries would be highly regarded.
Profciency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
English Proficiency, both spoken and written
Additional languages will be valued
