Source & Data Analyst

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible of a variety of complex purchasing analysis that impact on the manufacturing plants on a global level.

You will conduct procurement research projects and analyzes results with an objective of identifying sourcing opportunities.

You will be in contact with several internal departments to improve data quality reports, with the aim of unify the master data in SAP related to: expensive, accounting and warehouse.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Plants Managers to obtain a deep understanding of the actual and be able to maintain a quality professional relationship with them.

You will support in the negotiation with new manufacturing providers, coordinating with the Legal department new global contracts, taking into considerations risk of products delivery and quality of the products.

You will help in competitive/non-competitive sourcing strategies, bidder evaluation/negotiation, and compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.

You will be in charge of reporting and monitoring KPIs related to specific amount of purchasing orders, performing in-depth analysis of supplier cost data.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing departments in the pharma sector.

  • Advanced level of English

  • Advanced level of Spanish

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or similar.

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Proficient Excel skills and data analytics acumen (PivotTable, Reports, Charts and Macro)Knowledge of AFO (Analysis for Office) and VBA will be a plus

  • Power Point skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and evaluate

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proactive, creative and positive approach to problem solving
