What your responsibilities will be

Your mission will be leading and monitoring the implementation of the transparency process based on EFPIA Disclosure Code (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) at a global level as well as other transparency initiatives that Grifols decides to implement. You will also act as a Local Compliance Supervisor of our international operations. Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Project management of both, global and local transparency initiatives and procedures.

  • Create and update the internal policies and procedures according to the existing regulations in terms of transparency.

  • Organize and perform trainings aimed at wide range of areas/departments within Grifols (mainly, at Commercial and Marketing Areas).

  • Provide support to the organization to identify local requirements in countries where a Grifols subsidiary is not in place, becoming the single point of contact for compliance review processes for those Grifols International operations.

  • Supervise the Local Compliance Coordinators in the commercial subsidiaries. Improve communication channels and development of the Local Compliance Coordinators network.

  • Contribute to the implementation of certain elements of the Global Compliance Program, including the design and execution of certain specific compliance controls on a local level (i.e. Travel & Entertainment local policies, T&E costs reconciliation, etc.)

  • Provide support to the business, solving doubts and questions about processes and the use of appropriate and up-to-date templates for the compliance memos. Ensure that all compliance requests contain the necessary information before submission.

  • Monitoring all the cross-border interactions and solved issues, and reporting.

Who you are

  • Graduated in Business Management, Economics, Law or equivalent Degrees

  • Compliance certifications (CCEP, ECOA, etc.) are desirable.

  • You have ≥ 5 years’ experience of external audit or consultancy firms and/or in-house experience, with compliance analyst responsibilities.

  • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Diagnostics business exposure is desirable.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Your competences & skills:- Strong analytical abilities and process-oriented.- Organized and methodical.- Good at analysing and understand complex processes.- Good interpersonal skills, with a balanced degree of autonomy and team work.- Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Expected to act honestly, independently, impartially and with discretion
