    I began my internship at GWWO in 2020 during the pandemic. This period provided me with hands-on experience in quality packaging, which laid a solid foundation for my career in quality. After completing my college degree, I returned in May 2021 and started as a quality administrator. When the opportunity arose to transition into quality systems, I began as a quality systems specialist and subsequently advanced to a supervisory role. Working in quality systems at Grifols has been extremely rewarding because it has allowed me to collaborate with teams from across the organization, enhancing my teamwork and collaboration skills.
