The Product Planning role focuses on developing and executing strategies related to product portfolios. This involves assessing market trends, analyzing customer demand, and aligning product offerings with business objectives. Product Planners collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product lifecycles, identify new market opportunities, and drive innovation.
Demand Planners are responsible for forecasting and managing customer demand for Grifols' products. They analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to generate accurate demand forecasts. By working closely with sales, marketing, and production teams, they ensure adequate inventory levels, optimize supply chain efficiency, and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory.
Supply Planners focus on optimizing the supply chain to meet customer demand efficiently. They collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, production capacities, and timely delivery of finished goods. Supply Planners balance inventory levels, minimize lead times, and proactively manage potential disruptions to ensure a smooth and responsive supply chain.
Our team is dedicated to driving best practices, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing within the Integrated Business Planning function. They provide guidance, trainings, and support to Product Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams. The CoE ensures that the overall planning process is standardized, efficient, and aligned with industry-leading practices.
